● Clear English accent● Outbound calling or telemarketing experience● US business hours available● Stable internet● US mortgage knowledge a plus

Realtor Connector Caller

Full-time

Reach out to active real estate agents across the US to introduce our LO clients and schedule introductory meetings.

● Confident phone presence● Appointment setting experience● Real estate or mortgage background a plus● Reliable equipment● US timezone availability

Appointment Setter — General VA

Full-time / Part-time

Support multiple client campaigns through outbound calls, email follow-ups, and CRM updates.

● Strong English communication● Organized and detail-oriented● CRM tool experience● Self-motivated● Open to performance-based incentives

Virtual Assistant — Admin Support

Full-time

Provide day-to-day admin support to US-based clients: email management, scheduling, data entry, research.

● Excellent written English● Google Workspace / MS Office proficiency● Prior VA experience preferred● Strong time management● Ability to manage multiple clients

Call Center Agent — Outbound

Full-time

Join Connectram's outbound call center team supporting US mortgage and real estate clients. Training provided.

● Clear and confident speaking voice● Willing to train on US mortgage scripts● Target-driven and resilient● Good attendance● BPO or call center experience a plus
